Hey man, i think what makes this "not interesting" to the label, might be the length, and the fact that the "best parts" with the lead that sounds very similar to Wolfgang Gartners remix I Will Be Here, starts way to late in the track. If you could shorten it down or bring in the climax part earlier in the track.
Just what i think anyway, good luck anyway, i enjoyed it even tho, i wrote all this, so don't worry, haha.

Thanks for your feedback :) yeah, the melody sound during the climax is based on Gartner's song. I love it. But it ís different from it.
I didn't shorten the track because I wanted the violins to play a prominent roll in it. If it had been shorter the violins would become a bit useless.. in my opinion ;)

Do you have to have a label to make an EP on iTunes? How does that work for individual artists?

@Blaylock1988
No you don't need a label to release your tracks on iTunes. I believe you will have to obtain a UPC code in order to sell your music or take a look here: cdbaby(dot)com. But a label offers benefits such as giving your music publicity and getting your track played by other Dj's :)
