Just a quick video about the Japanese Nintendo DS game, "DS テレビ." I wonder if they'll ever come out with anything like this in America.

  • Hello:)

I think that your voice is cool:) In a nice way:)

Does I work in Europe for European TV shows, News and stuff? Is it Licensed by Nintendo?

    Have nice day:)

  • Haha thank you. Unfortunately this is a device that only works in Japan. I believe it is made by Nintendo, since it was made specifically for the Nintendo DS. Hopefully they will soon develop something like this that will work in other countries, too!

  • Your voice is so soothing and relaxing, It is an anti stress medicine, hehe.

  • Haha, thanks. I cringe when I listen to my own voice on a recording, but I think most people dislike hearing their own voices.

  • That is really good for someone like me who is only staying in Japan for 3 months and doesn't want to go through the hassle of getting a tv. Oh, and you HAVE to tell me pleeeease, when you go to Tokyo, let me know if it has more channels there. Maybe better reseption. Thanks, and another great video!

  • Hey, I tried out the DS TV in Tokyo and it did pick up a few more channels. It picked up about 9 channels there :).

  • they should make one in America

  • ahhh the cute kittens! I love how on so many Japanese shows there is always a little screen in the corner showing people. It is common on shows I think. I already ordered cable (my landlord has a deal with the company so it is cheap.) Fun video!

  • Thanks! I'll try to take it with me when I go to Tokyo to see what kind of reception it gets there. I'm sure it has to be better than what it gets here in Matsue.

  • Thanks :).
