@bboyaddicted Nah, it just hurts if I try to push the flare through strength. Like forearm splints, on the side. I answered your questions in reverse order, my bad haha. I think I just need to use my hips more to get the flares.......

@Micbuns1 and also, the way i break at practice and the way i break when i battle is way different
i actually rarely use hops at all when i battle, i normally only use it when the song is right

Haha you're so dope. Do you put alot of pressure on your forearms for flares? Or is it more so of momentum and form because putting too much pressure and trying to force a flare hurts my forearms alot.

@rayrocks1000 ummm...i never really had any problems with my forearms, most injuries i get from flares are wrist and shoulder injuries, because i have relatively weak joints
how does it exactly hurt your forearm? are you slamming your hand on the ground everytime you come around?
