some really old battle footage, some as old as 3 - 4years, had these on my computer, never really did anything with them

up until now ive just posted blowup and power combo training, so this is just a change of pace i guess

i made this video to remind myself why i do what i do, and how much ive really learned and grown since ive started this dance.

this dance is not just a dance to me anymore. it has taught me so much more than any person could.

this dance has taught me dedication, inspiration, respect, patience, and perseverance

and through this dance i discovered that not only can i be inspired by other people, but that i myself can inspire other people, which for some reason, feels very satisfying to me.

hope you guys enjoy watching this.
never stop practicing, always try to find new inspirations

  • @Micbuns1 and also, the way i break at practice and the way i break when i battle is way different

    i actually rarely use hops at all when i battle, i normally only use it when the song is right

    lol

  • Haha you're so dope. Do you put alot of pressure on your forearms for flares? Or is it more so of momentum and form because putting too much pressure and trying to force a flare hurts my forearms alot.

  • @rayrocks1000 ummm...i never really had any problems with my forearms, most injuries i get from flares are wrist and shoulder injuries, because i have relatively weak joints

    how does it exactly hurt your forearm? are you slamming your hand on the ground everytime you come around?

  • @bboyaddicted Nah, it just hurts if I try to push the flare through strength. Like forearm splints, on the side. I answered your questions in reverse order, my bad haha. I think I just need to use my hips more to get the flares.......
