Interview with Dad on 3.6.2007

This interview took place 5 days before my father passed away from kidney and lung cancer. It was meant to be a test video, and a longer one would be shot when he was feeling better. He had just been released from the hospital and was to finish his recovery at home. But he took a turn for the worse and so this is the only video.

May God Have Mercy on His Soul! I wish i could do this with my father, but its too late now, he is non responsive almost :( I thought about doing it, but i felt he might think its too morbid..or that i would be letting him know he is dying!

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's good that you got the opportunity to do this interview and that you and he were so comfortable with it. I lost my Mom to lung cancer in Sept 07 and only have the videos in my mind to recall our last conversations... My thoughts are with you. Please do whatever you can to continue to raise awareness for Lung Cancer; together we can all help save lives.

Thank you for sharing that. It inspired me to want to get video memories of my family and friends while I can. I'm sorry for your loss. By the little interview, I could tell you and your father were very close.
