Simply an accumulation of intellectual, motivated and realistic students. You've offered great advice for seniors like myself, looking to apply to OSU. Thanks!

It breaks my heart to see these young people be concerned with running up behind Anglo culture and diminish the worth of HBCU's. Is this the archetype of Black students there? If so, the Black community will continue to falter.

As an African American OSU alumni, I was very impressed by the diverse motivations for attending college and OSU of these younger generation African American students. They in general presented what appears to be the current very realistic outlook or perspectives of African American students at the larger predominantly white universities such as Ohio State University. They also affirm that racial, ethnic, class stereotypes of the various races or ethnic groups, persist and need to be overcome!
