They look really good Melissa! I'm so bad at baking - haven't made cookies since the kids were young.. I did make some for a cookie exchange though but, IMO, they didn't turn out that great! LOL I like crispy! :))

Ginger Snap cookies yum. They turned out so well they would make nice little Christmas presents too. Thanks for sharing some of your baking I love to bake cookies and cakes especially around Christmas.

How do you get your hand mixer to just sit straight like that when you leave it in your bowl? It took me two minutes to figure out AP flour means all purpose. I thought it was some special flavour or something. It isn't easy to find a good ginger cookie! These look as though I could do them! BTW, I got some butterscotch chips - I want to make your Scotchies!

@popparoc46 Roc, this particular mixer is made to sit on the rim of a bowl. Also the rim of these stainless steel bowls are about a half inch wide. So it works well. So about the AP reference. I should have said all purpose. I'm sending you a PM.. okay? Hugs!
