Critisism isn,t just that, it,s either Positive critisism or Negative critisism....
Supernanny,s couldn,t have been more Positive if she tries, also in her introduction, she said such lovely things about the family. Which they /he did not seem to remember to account for when he so rudely answered her back.
And how well did she handle that?........ very well indeed..!

The problem with the dad is he has the typical cop attitude 24/7 even at home. It's a power thing. I could tell just by the way he was looking at Jo. Like he's better than her. I hate people who complain when someone as sweet as Jo is trying to help after he let her in! Take some constructive criticism pal and wake up, your kids are brats!

Oh my god I hate it went the parents can't take criticism!!
Why ask super nanny for help if you don't like her tactics, seriously.
They should KNOW that Jo KNOWS what she is talking about.
They're the ones with lack of respect. This woman has taken her time to HELP them and they can't take it, wth?
