This is Mitch's story. Mike & Claire rescued him when he was 8 years old and had him for almost three years. Sadly, he had to be put to sleep in December 2011 because of mouth cancer.
Claire is my sister-in-law so my wife asked me to help make this video as a surprise for them on Christmas Day. We hope it captures Mitch's zest for life, his personality and sums up the time he spent with Mike & Claire. We miss him terribly but feel so privileged to have had him in our lives even if it was for only a short time. He loved people and was a total showdog. We hope you enjoy his video as much as we enjoyed him.

im so sorry for the loss :( I have a black lab now, she is 6. They are so loyal and caring, i couldn't imagine living without her. i dread the day she leaves us. R.I.P mitchy, i hope he is in a better place now <3
