Content in this video is just me struggling and hoping for answers inside myself.
I'm looking for that click inside my mind. The click that makes you keep going and going....
I have been dealing with lots of changes in my personal life and the results are not being the best.

  • I FEEL YOUR STRUGGLE MARI ! im in the same spot you are right now, just lacking the motivation to make that change, but dont want to give up the hopes and the goals you have. its a raw feeling. thank you for sharing this with me i feel like im not alone.

  • ya gotta get out there and enjoy life ...don't worry about what others say, think or do ... be happy and live for the moment ... go pick up a pretty shirt and do your hair all pretty and feel good about YOU ... I used to feel depressed and then I realized, there is a higher power and gotta just love today and move forward hoping for an even better tomorrow ... ((SMILE))

    Oh.. and if you lose 250 grams a week it will be 1 kg in a month =]

  • I know it's hard =T My mom is trying to lose weight because it was affecting her healt already =T

    But you have to continue, set small goals and remember that all this will be worthed when you lose all the weight you want to. =]

    Like, for me my problem is studying. I absolutely hate to study but this year I want to go to MedSchool so I'll have to spend the whole year doing something I hate, and probably not having time for my friends or even for me, but at the end it will be worthed =]
