Hoping to move Keiichi and Belldandy's relationship along, Urd fashions a love candy for Keiichi; but Skuld suspects something and slips in some additional ingredients. But Belldandy consumes the candy instead, and it turns her into a very romantically bold woman, or a "tramp" as Urd puts it. Can Keiichi contain himself as he and Belldandy go on a date?

Let's see: Keiichi grows a bit of a backbone, Belldandy (as gorgeous as ever) flaunts around a bit (but not enough that she looses the personality I like), and they actually embrace each other. Oh and Skuld gets punished at the end? This has to be my favorite episode.

And Keiichi's reaction to Belldandy at 11:53-12:05, priceless. "uum hmm!"
