Interview with Steve Bender, from Nantucket. Fish purveyor to Marche for many years, flew out for the big closing night event, "A Taste of Nantucket" prix fixe dinner featuring all of his company's fish, flown in fresh. Clams, oysters, flounder and day boat scallops all expertly prepared. After 7 years we are so sad to see this restaurant close.
We were very sad to see our local restaurant close after 7 years. Steve Bender, the Nantucket fish purveyor to Marche flew in for the event. He came around to each table to make sure everyone was enjoying his fresh fish.
