Acitve lava lake of Erta Alé volcano in Danakil depression of Ethiopia. This video was shot during our expedition in February 2008. Sudden lavafontaining and lavastream- overflow above the inner terrace after a quiet period.

@SexiiCraft 0:23 Even tho the vulcano is now active since quit a long time, compared to otther volcanos not much lava comes out.

0:35 the sea like lava rock on the cratar, keeps the lava underneath it. our pacient was a succes, we can now see how the lava gets pushed up out of the lava stone. it floods the rock with lava. its around 1000 Celcius and the camera team is feeling the hotnes. 1:15 it starts to cook. at the end it goes down again like in a bathtuub. the end

WoW! Absolutely extraordinary. The lava is very flowing but I always prefer the Mount Etna ;)
