Excellent now for New Orleans to have same program perhaps he could write a process description of how he pulled this off. I envision a resturaunt that is housed in a concrete dome that after the storm will be there when all the houses in the area failed to either storm quake or wildfire. After first 5 year in business a second location is built and that resturaunt is sold to establish dome homes so people would have the best housing. Domes are less expensive than other construction.
