crow's odd call

I've never heard this noise coming from a crow before. If you look closely you can see the bird crouch down to make the noise. Listen carefully, it best toward the end!! Please disreguard the dog barking and the squirrel squeeling.

one of the crows in our neighborhood sound like that also when i was hearing crows crowing one of the crows were crowing just like that so your not alone one of the crows is Spokane have the same trouble as the crow birds you guys have

@catkin3 I don't think they were trying to mimick. We have crows that do that same thing, but deeper.

Does anyone know just why the crow is doing this? We have crows around the house that do that too, and I've contacted corvid experts, they have no idea, say they've never seen a crow doing this, lol. I would love to know what sort of call this is supposed to be.
