I'm wondering, would this be the first video game in existence where a rape is depicted? Oh wait, Custer's Revenge.
But seriously this is probably the biggest "Fuck You" ending in video games. You go through the whole game trying to stop alma, then you inadvertently cause the creation of the bastard child of the apocalypse by getting raped by pure evil. Wow.
Not saying that the ending was bad, but it was different... and unexpected.
