If you need to disable PTT just use your fingernail to pull off the PTT button. It pulls off easy and cut the round tab off the button with a razor blade and stick the button back on. It's that simple no rocket scientist needed.

I got mine today and so far it's a sweet little phone.
peperonni123 said his messed up after 20 minutes in a pond. That's to bad. You expect it to be bullet proof up to a 44 mag? Don't swim with your cell phone. It's a tough phone but people expect too much because it says military specs.Military stuff breaks too. It's as nice as many in it's price range. Mine was $150 after upgrade rebate.

That´s bullshit I bought that phone because I need a rough one. its supossed that is high temperature, impact and water resistant and this weekend I took it with me for camping, I messed in the water in a pound like 20 minutes, the cellphone was in my short and later the cellphone didn´t wok. Water messed inside and now has a disfuction !!

This phone is amazing, My working conditions and my own negligence killed alot of other phones, I have had my Rugby for about 10 months now, it has been submerged several times (the first couple were an accident, now I just do it to show people) It is constantly being dropped, once from 3 stories (accident) The thing still works like day one.
All my other phones would just deteriorate from humidity, grinding dust, rust blowing around etc, this thing doesnt care.
Dude, get a life. Stop putting this same comment on every video about this phone.

AT&T has a certain support number you can call.... They won't necessarily build a huge tower or act RIGHT AWAY, but what they can do is build relay antenna's. They basically increase service in area's that may have little to no service. But it obviously won't have the range nor power of a Cell Phone TOWER. However, AT&T builds new towers/relay antenna's monthly. Check the coverage map monthly. It shows when their last update was. and you can see service creeping into many areas.
