What people don't realize is that when you have a Democrat congress (by a slim margin) and someone like Bush in the White House, the chances of compromise and real solutions for America's problems will be very slim. I've listened to Bush whine about congress due to him not getting a blank check anymore like he was when his cronies ran congress. Get a Democrat in the White House and things will be back on track again.

What people don't realize is that when one party controls congress (by a slim margin) and a different party has control of the executive office, compromise is difficult. This is especially true when you are dealing with a president as stubborn as Bush. He caused this country a great deal of suffering due to his unwillingness to compromise. Get a Democrat in the White House and things will be back on track again. Why? Because then the congress will be able to work better with the president.

This reflects people's disappointment with all those in congress, not just the Democrats in congress. FOX News intentionally misleads it's viewers by suggesting the opposite. The truth is people are disappointed because nothing is being done to successfully deal with the following things: The Iraq problem, the deficit, the economy, and high gas prices. Nothing successful has been done regarding these things because Dems, Reps, and Bush rarely agree on how to deal with these things.
