Here at Mustangs Plus we often have customers asking how well our
Champion 2-row radiators cool compared to a 3-row standard radiator. We
decided to do a little test of our own. We started with a standard
3-row radiator and took our temperature readings at 1:00pm with an
outside temperature of 95 degrees. The following day we replaced the
standard 3-row radiator with one of our Champion 2-row aluminum
radiators, and also took our temperature readings at 1:00pm at 95
degrees. For both tests we let the 1965 Mustang idle for 15-20 minutes
before recording our findings. You can find the data page at the end of
the video. From our findings the Champion 2-row aluminum radiator is an
inexpensive way to keep your Mustang cooler than a standard radiator.
