  • Forgot to flare.. a crucial part if you ask me. =)

  • Look at the VSI indicator, I did flare.

  • Does Visual Approach means that your landing manually?

  • You could say that, Visual Approach means that you are landing 'visually'; your approach is based on what you see through the window, not by instruments.

  • coming in slow for a 767 heavy? that visual from the right appeared fuct but you got her down smoothly. nice job. What's with the real audio? where is that from?

  • Very well flown :D

I tried this with a 747 (unrealistic of course)

    And it ended badly haha

  • @Siggy2404 Thanks! :)

  • @FS2004AviationPro They are called ETOPS! If you go into the FMC on the Level D you can enter any VOR, Airport, Or way point and enter a distance in which it will create a circle around the fix location! For example he entered the DCA VOR as a Fix and entered a distance lets say 5nm, 10nm and 15! It will create the circles around that VOR and the circles represent the distances you enter!

  • How did you get those circels around the VOR station?

  • strange noise

  • It's a detailed plane, but the soundset they include is horrible. Nowhere near realistic, and at some throttle settings the sound completely disappears until you hit the next sound threshold...

  • very nice landing sonny jim ;)

  • @sparta139 Pretty much so

If you do a visual approach, you can see ahead of you enough to not rely on your instruments.

The other is Instrument approach, which you do your landing entirely by your instruments.

  • wait....what...oh no...nooooooooo...turn...oh...you only hit the washing ton monument...nothing bad XD
