The slick new work cell or POD for tray-line assembly of patient meals, the B-Lean for Hot Tray Assembly uses a series of equipment that is affordable. Air curtain refrigeration is provided by a refurbished retherm cart that is now a fridge. All components are mobile and can be re-configured to suit any space. Gravity fed shelving provides a human factor friendly and efficient process for tray assembly. The Ready to Serve trolley is used to boost food trays and provide hot food hot and cold food cold.
