I work in a nursing home so I always keep my ears open, but I also ask around if I see a potential site and when I find the owner I just ask, I havent had anyone say no yet but im sure it will happen. Just be polite, I often tell them that I have had people say that they didnt even know I was there. I also tell them that if I find anything of value I will split the money if I can sell it.
