Police arrest man under false pretense to incite violence

Totally unprovoked arrest by a so call public servant, Don't ever address a cop even if he is the one that call you. This cop was looking for an excuse to show off his power. Total nutcase, would fit well in the G 20 police gang. 3 guys walking on the sidewalk are approched by a police car, which stop at them, 2 of the guys keep walking the 3 start talking to the cop, soon the cop come out of his car and start talking of arresting the guy for soliciting!!! That's when the 1st camera start rolling. See other link below.
The case was dismissed the next morning and a court action is on the way against the police "Services"

@Louaner I read the description pal... But being told something and seeing it for myself are two different things. I don't always believe what I'm told. I've worked security for a long time and stories always vary when people want to make themselves out to be the good guy. I'm not defending the cop, I'm just saying that I can't really make a judgement because I don't have all the facts, and nobody else should be making judgements either.

@BlacksHaveAgeneDfect I do; "Law studies" 4th comandment in the law book. If there is no "clear facts, reasonable suspiction (such as plane view) you don't have to consent to any searches. Even if you have been arrested. If they search you illegaly and you have something "Illegal" on you, your lawyer would fight it off in court as it be emitonial something. Then cases be dropped for those what have been found on you. As it wouldn't of been a probable cause in the 1st place.

You don't have to produce ID unless you are under suspicion of a crime. Not unless it's a city with a Terry Stop law. Interaction with police is voluntary, some random cop who asks for my ID when I'm walking my dog down the street is gonna get nothing. It's harassment.

@Louaner How does it feel to have to pretend people are paid to disagree with you? He was told to ID himself, he didn't. He was placed under arrest for failure to ID. If that was wrong then just go to jail and sue the station for wrongful arrest later. But no, idiot decides to act like he can stay on the phone and that the cop can't do anything. WRONG!
