Power plates are all over gyms at the moment, but all your see are people standing still on them! Why not try an actually exercise on them, just like we have using a kettlebell 40 second set. See how many sets you can do before your muscles give up!?
terrible form. he is bending forward at the knees WAY too much. Its not primarily a quad exercise. He should be sitting back as if he would be sitting down on a chair. Terrible.

This guys got the right idea. just make sure you take the mat off next time for better muscle activation.
