Nice gun. I have a Mossberg 500. I can't imagine using a shotgun that doesn't have pump action. lol

Ah good call...sometimes i forget how lucky i am living in Oregon, no matter how liberal this State is, our 2nd Amendment is hardly infringed. All we need is a "Make My Day" law...and we're Texas status

Folding stocks aren't legal in all states so folks always check your state laws!

Check out my AR-15 Rifles for Dummies
1187's are finicky cause I have one and it fires absolutely everything! but I know some people that wont even cycle low brass

@pirates6633 No problems here... never has a jam or non cycle. There are some shot shells that dont have enough gas release to cycle a 11-87 which of course would require a manual eject. I do have a 870.

From Hormel:
What is the shelf life of a Hormel Foods product in an unopened can?
The processing techniques utilized by Hormel Foods makes the canned product safe for use indefinitely if the product seal remains intact, unbroken and securely attached to a can that has been well maintained. For max flavor it is recommended that the product be used within 3 years of the manufacturing date. After that period of time, the product is still safe to use however, the flavor gradually declines.
