  • Really good videos, the Processed People-excerpts. Thanks for uploading them! However: "buying the truth" doesn't really make a great match. Let the wisdom spread infectiously around the world, bringing about a less processed humanity and more awareness of health and commercial misdirection, instead of a select few who are probably already vegan, since they decide to invest. CC, GNU GFL, Copyleft. I would gladly help in this endeavour. (telling a lot of people about it and making it available)

  • Thanks, but I feed my family by using my creativity and putting out work like this. If we give it away, then what will I do for a living instead?

  • @OolTube02 It will only be tedious if you are not focused in the present moment. If you turn your exercise routine into a chance to be totally present you will access reserves of energy you didn't know you had.

Taking your mind out of exercise is the best way to go.

  • Very true but you don't need 2 hours a day. 20 to 30 minutes in plenty but it must be INTENSE!

  • 30 to 60 minutes a day is perfect workout for me. I do this in the morning prior to leaving home for work.

  • The secret is to get yourself a little video and MP3 player and to do your television watching on the elliptical/stepper/exercycle/treadmill. And while you lift weights you can listen to audio books or progressive talk radio.

The problem with physical exercise, whether outdoors or at the gym is that it was, is, and always will be mind-numbingly tedious unless there is something engaging your mind as well. If there isn't you'll eventually just give up because of the boredom.

  • awesome.plain and simple.
