Thanks SO much for making this! I'm making sea salt ice cream and I didn't know what they meant by Beat the egg whites until stiff! lol. Well, I gotta start over, thank god I just began lol. Time to leave the eggs out for an hour! YAY!

You forgot to say that the bowl and mixer have to be dry. Any moisture will ruin your work.
