Rick Rubin: Amazing producer, but downright shitty record label head. Medicine, the Jesus & Mary Chain, the Black Crowes and Love & Rockets will all attest to this, I'm sure. It's awesome to see ANY historic music video clips from Medicine, but it's obvious the record label didn't want anything to do with them. It's like they handed the band a camcorder and said "go make your own video for 'Candy Candy'. Still, a great vid as far as 90's alternative goes, and Beth's fucking HOT.

I was in Germany in 1992-95 when I first heard Medicine and Beth's beautiful vocals; digging it ever since. Beth, on The Shway's track KINKAJOU, is sweet as ever.
