It is not the firmware that allows the camera to record! it is seperate software that allows the iphone to record. I am also aware there is some firmware out there with virus's on it so i wouldn't be stupid enough to accept it of you. Plus why would you have or know about it if you hate the iphone so much. So no thanks, mine works just fine as it is. As you can see from the video.
I wouldn't recomend downloading that firmware of YouBitchSlut as it is probebly corrupt!

Its a video to show it can be done, or didn't u get the idea? 2 megapixel is enough considering the quality of the veiwer for the camera, I aint heard anyone say that picture looks shit when I show them pictures so wouldn't bother me. Does it bother you being locked in a contract or not having enough to get 1. New one is out soon ( the 3g )

Went into a carephone warehouse in london earlier today and the guys in there were well impressed with what they saw.
If they werent sold out, i bet i would of sold them out. Lol

firmware 1.1.4, unlocked it myself and will work on any network other than 3. Pop in the sim card and away you go. Mine's on o2 contract but have tried other cards and works fine. Be carefull bying phones of ebay. Always check recent purchases and feedback, trying doing collection if possible on the iphone to make sure they aint tried unlocking it and it no longer works or water damage.
If you get one give me a shout and for a little fee i'll hook you up with all you need.
