Why are we asked if we are US Citizens at border checkpoints? What if we simply state that we were born in Arizona/Colorado/Florida etc?... this is what happens :)

  • Anyone that's "for" these checkpoints and says it's "not" Nazi Germany.., before they can make that statement they have to come correct..and state what the reason for the checkpoints in Nazi Germany were for? When they can't say that information it's because they never studied up on it outside of the very limited and sugar coated view they received in the public school system. We know the fed lies, we know it's a control scam from rich people who control the government and want to stay rich.

  • @snowfallzz he's the shit eh? Exposes so much and backs it all up. I truly respect Alan Watt

  • @stevenp25100: No, I am not kidding you. Read my cite again. Agents at this type of checkpoint only have the authority to make citizenship inquiries.

CITE: "Border Patrol agents have no part in enforcing laws that regulate highway use, and their activities have nothing to do with an inquiry whether motorists and their vehicles are entitled, by virtue of compliance with laws governing highway usage, to be upon the public highways.”

    U.S. V Brignoni-Ponce

  • @Pafoofnik1 are kidding me? You're operating a motor vehicle and thus must provide your license when requested.

  • @stevenp25100: They can 'ask' for most anything. They just can't require me to comply.

CITE: "...Border Patrol's routine stopping... for brief questioning of the vehicle's occupants... any further detention or search must be based on [the greater showing of] consent or probable cause"

    SOURCE: United States v. Martinez-Fuerte, 428 U.S. 543 (1976)

  • @Pafoofnik1 perhaps not, but he can ask for you driver's license. amirite?

  • @stevenp25100 said: "Fact is you don't have to say "

a thing at this type of checkpoint.

  • The shaking your head at 6:05 was classic. You're so pissed you took all this time and he didn't allow you to give him trouble. You even tried to cheat by throwing in "in a hospital" lol That was why he gave you a funny look, what difference does that make either way?. "Psy Ops" huh? I LOVE the freudian slip at 6:08 "Ahh it's just a game" after shaking your head in disappointment. You're actually refering to yourself and all your conspiracy buddies that sit around and come up with this crap.

  • I love that your finally said: "What they want, I am imagining" because even after driving through the checkpoint and proving yourself wrong- you refuse to abandon the "idea" that your thought was so groundbreaking. OoOoO "psy ops". This is why legit complaints will sometimes be ignored because whackjobs like yourself. Fact is you don't have to say "I am a United States citizen" your state of birth was fine, and the question was a Yes/No. But, don't let facts get in the way of your daydreaming.

  • @turnpagesfast Alan Watt is awesome I agree.
