Hmm, i don't know. 2 minutes seems a bit much for Bi Lo Chun. After one minute it's strating to get bitter. Also Bi Lo Chun is one of the teas great for Gong fu Cha. Anyway, each tea is different and you need to experiment a little bit with the temerature, leaf quantity, water quantity and brewing time.
