The Fall - Leeds 1984 - Life Just Bounces

Another show from my attic archives (35mm negatives photographed by myself some years ago). I think this was 1984. Venue: Leeds Polytechnic. I was dissapointed with these in print form, but with digital processing, ... Wow! Spent some hours lovingly restoring/enhancing them, and I uploaded them here for your entertainment, learning how to use Sony Vegas in the process! The originals were rolls of 35mm negative film that I processed myself (push processed to get some extra speed out of them!) I'm not sure of the year of this one. Tried to Google it with no luck. Anyone? the music is from The Fall - 1990-07-14 Selina's, Coogie Bay Hotel, Sydney, Australia. Enjoy!

@kenchie1 glad you like em.. I used to use a pentax with a 200mm lens. This very grainy negative material was a Fuji brand if I remember right ...

Yes I struggled to get a contemporary audio track to mate this one with. You are correct that it's a more recent track..

On cerebral caustic and also an earlier version with the EXTRICATE line-up too that was on an ep or b-side too

Reckon you're only about ten years out on this, Bounces was on Cerebral Caustic which was '95. The photo's are from '84/85 !

...awesome snaps! thanks for sharing. MES looks so young and bouncy....always loved this track.........the saturated colour in your photos reminds me of some gig photos I had developed from colour slides.........thanks again....
