How is a spirit born? What was you in before you were born?

Since we are all Source Consciousness it would be fair to say that we are born out of intention to experience 'life'. We have made agreements with Universe as to the life experience we have in order to evolve into enlightenment or back to Source.

Listen to this video again, and imagine that the author has substituted the word "spirit" with "light," the word "light" with "energy," and the word "energy" with "spirit." Having done this, do you find you agree with the video more, less, or about as much?

This makes more sense to me than religious doctrine and dogma. It's a higher understanding. Some need religion to begin to attain it, some get stagnated in it and never progress, and some move beyond to realize we are drops within a huge ocean and that ocean has no trouble containing all the drops. God is for ALL. We are all of God. Anything less makes God a loser, and God is no loser. You can't be perfection and be such.

@krirre spirit is not born, it just is, you are not your thoughts your feelings or disires these are only aspects of your experience, and the experiencer is the observer the you at the center of all things, the obsever needs to dis identify with the mind and put itself inside the now. as there is nothing you can ever experience outside of the now, being awear in the now will train the mind find the stillness that is you,both still and alive, if the mind chatters let it do so while observering so

i don't know much about this. i'm actually pretty new at it. but i know enough to say that you're thinking is i suppose you can say too human like. non-spiritual at all. i don't mean any offense when i say this but you seem to not know anything at all about this. you don't understand it. but it is really interesting.
