    I got the book; copied from the link you send me. It is very vast and descriptive. I already started the semester and really want to end my college this term. Still I am confused about HACCP, I don’t know how should I start with my project.

  • @FPEaabdo Sir/Mam, I am still looking for some good sources (websites, books) for my assignment. I can’t really spot out the hazards that can spoil the fish, and what would be the CCPs. I am stuck up here and really can’t complete my project. Your assistance will be appreciated.
