How long have you been playing, and have you only been studying lead?

Your lead work is very good in technical terms, what you have to do is work on your rhythm, the best ways is to keep yourself moving to the song, try and get every note onto the beat. Record yourself, and hear your mistakes, record again and fix those mistakes.

Dont forget rhythm guitar is a vital part to being a good lead guitarist. Make sure you know how to be a good rhythm guitarist as well
