The guy in white seems to be the host. He's a beginner, and they're showing some data about a beginner's movements vs. a practiced kendoist's movements. I think with the fumikomi pressure data, they show how he changed a little from the beginning to after practicing a bit. The stick figure also shows beginners vs "high level" people. The hitting power graph shows "high level" people in red and "beginning level" people in blue.
The important story here is NOT the lack of skills of the guy in white, The point of this video is that they are putting some real science into their study of Kendo.
