vitali klitschko did not lose a fight >> just injuries stopped him and he did not get knock down in 45 fights
he had the lead 89-81 in chris byrd fight but a shoulder injury stopped him
he also had the lead 58-56 against lennox lewis but an eye cut stopped him in 6th round and lewis was saved by the bell in the 2nd round
