The Downtown - Acoustic Days of the New Cover

This time around, I present you with another Days of the New cover... my slightly sloppy rendition of The Downtown. This is just another one of those songs that I get a kick out of playing. There's really only 2 chord shapes in the song which makes it easy to remember ;-)

You might notice that I have a capo on the 1st fret of my guitar. The song is played at a 1/2 step down. But, since I had my guitar tuned a full step down, and I didn't want to take the time to tune it up, I just slapped a capo on it and started playing.
