@TheSkullCrossbone Only if you repeatedly drop your mouth guard will you get penalized, and even then most organizations warn you first.

@TheSkullCrossbone Add the lack of putting up any defense, the glazed look in his eyes, and you have a pure knock-out. I don't think Royler stayed on the floor for as long as he did to put his mouth guard back in.
