HMM... LETS JUST THROW OUR BEER CANS ON THE GROUND AND TRASH IT MORE THAN WE ALREADY HAVE!! LETS SEE.. DRIVING UNDER SUSPENTION, DRUNK DRIVING, MINOR IN POSSESSION, BREAKING AND ENTERING, TRESPASSING, DISTRUCTION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY, VANDALISM!!! WHY ARE THEY NOT IN JAIL??
If they stopped and filled charges for every time these pigs farted while they are are supervising the de assing of your property they would never get anything done would they! Be greatfull the deputies got them out of your hair. I'm sure they were off to the next pig stye right away. SCREEN YOUR TENNANTS FOLKS!!!!

For those renting out valuable property to people they do not know, it is important to do a check of police/arrest records and previous landlords, if at all possible. It only costs a few dollars in most counties, and if you limit your inquiries only to the best applicants you are considering, the small price is worth it's weight in gold. Don't bypass this important step because the applicant "seems" to be a good person...this type is practiced in conning their way into your trust.
