its the versions like this that prove the timelessness of julian casablancas song writing. the style of the strokes might actually get in the way of his message. if you break down most bands music to this level, it will fall apart. this is a beautiful song. if written in 1967 and sang by neil young - imagine the context. blows my mind. well done.
