OH Hilda that day Trico Lift knowingly sent out that unsafe JLG 3969 lift was not locked out by me on a minor problem but a major steering problem.I did my job on that lift at 100%.DOL has every document on this violation by Trico Lift gambling with workers lives just to make a rental.I am sure you drove into work this morning Hilda so i think steering was a safety function on your trip in.Again Hilda JLG even stated the truck driver loading that lift was in danger let alone the workers on it.

Hilda let me understand this,Head of the U.S DOJ Eric Holder was accused of lying to and witholding information from the U.S government in an investigaton and will not be charged,then i proove by the inside OSHA information that was provided me by a top OSHA offical that prooved how Trico Lift lied and conspired to lie to federal investigators and Trico Lift won't face charges either.So do these laws only apply to us middle class and lower class Americans? What would Tony think about this Hilda?

Hilda Solis i just called dol office of public affairs Tracy Johnson at i-202-693-4658 on6/15/12 at4:12pm in reguards to you Hilda pulling my comments from of all things the "U.S" Department of labors "work in progress" blog comment section.Damit i am an AMERICAN born and raised in the birth place of this great nation Philadephia.I am a military dad(NAVY),Voter,tax payer, So who in the hell are you to violate my rite to freedom of speech Hilda Solis? I follow DOL guidelines,talked to DOL office of public affairs who assisted me in making sure i was within guidelines,and they are on topic.This is a clear VIOLATION OF MY CIVIL RIGHTS!

Hilda what would Tony think about all the evidence that was given to OSHA in reguards to Trico Lift knowingly renting out that JLG 3969 LIFT? Lets see OSHA had my original note pad,Work orders for the repairs needed on the steering problem,copies of the parts order tickets,Requsition sheets showing the parts ordered from JLG,Copy of the white sheet showing that Trico was aware of the steering problem,and yes even pictures of the LOCK OUT TAG ! copy of the JLG recall on this steering problem.

Hilda there was an accident in phila,PA 6 months after i was fired for protected activity it in volved a JLG Lift where the operator steared just a few inches onto a grate that gave way flipping the lift over killing the operator.Remember that JLG 3969 i locked out unsafe with a steering problem that Trico knowingly sent out on rent in that condition on get this the day i was fired .Hilda inches count with these lifts so what would Tony think?Hilda i filed my whistleblower case in Philadelphia

Hilda what about the accidents that involved Trico Lift machines at the Pennsylvania convention center? Remember Hilda it was the Trico machines they rent out there that i uncovered what was going on? I even witnessed an accident there and was a direct result of Trico Lift neglegence for i trouble shot the problem with the machine and was a miracle no one was killed.Again Trico told me to look other away!

I provided OSHA indisputible documentation this was going on there. what would Tony think?

So Hilda what if a buisness owner rents a JLG lift from trico lift and there is an accident that involved the lift?Remember now thanks to your area director at OSHA who tipped me off with that inside info that prooved how Trico and JLG lied to your investigators.So what would happen to the buisness that rented the JLG lift and Trico and JLG lied to cover there butt like in our case? What would Tony think? What about all the employees at the employer who's families depend on these jobs Hilda?WELL
