dirty old town - pogues - clawhammer banjo - old timey

this is the clawhammer version of the pogues' version (or something close to it) of of dirty old town. followed by a little bit of instruction for those of you who might be interested in it. IT IS NOT EXACT. PLEASE REREAD THAT: IT IS NOT AN EXACT ARRANGEMENT! but it is close enough to have a guitar play along with you (i know this because i've tried it.) so in other words, if you don't like it then you can go piss up a rope.

anyway, i'm a stand up comedian in los angeles. i've been playing clawhammer style banjo for about 16 years. i don't like my current banjo because it's a piece of dung. someday i'll probably acquire a new one. in the mean time please feel free to watch my other videos. also feel free to comment on them if ONLY you have something nice to say.
