Regaridng a comment that WIleE made, this has some Tiny Toons similiarities but without the unessecary high budget, or tude, and actually had soemthing Tiny Toons forgot about-WARMTH--and of course better voicing..:)

Thanks for this particular post. I was looking for that episode of them using Nutcracker Suite in space, & this is it. Havent seen it since TV days.

I do remember some of the Beany & Cecil cartoons I have watched when I was young, but I wonder if Moe Howard (by coincidence) provided the voice of the Schmoon goon in this episode?

As I noted on "Spumboard"...Bob Clampett made the Chipmunks puppets for The Ed Sullivan Show in 1960 for Bagdasarian, and he clearly composed some music for Clampett with the provision that Ross be allowed rights to it too..
