Texas Brothers Bar-B-Que was one of the first cooking teams that started the Barbeque festival circuit. They toured across the country to events such as Ribfest in Nappervile, IL (Chicagoland) and Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-off in Reno, NV.
Dale and Lee have since retired from the festival circuit and will be sharing their expertise and cooking techniques in the coming months. Stay tuned.
Cool, but what is in the pan on the grill. Are you using the burner at one end only for indirect method? Anyway they look good.
