No, Last week, I had been playing Mega man 9, and on the PS3 network it had the "box art" for the game. Right on the box art, and right in front of my face was Dr. Wiley/The Doctor. So I said "I NEED to do a vid on that". He just looked WAY too much like him. It was a random find.

@togio100 Uh...no. But that's a surprisingly common misconception. Even Buzz Dixon, who wrote much of the cartoons, calls him that today. But Destro was NEVER referred to as "doctor."
