@evilmonkeys08 Yeah but I bet New Mexico has it's own food culture that is excellent. In Kansas its sub par Tex-Mex and shitty fast food chains. The Barbecue is great, but i can only take so much of that heart burn inducing stuff. I ordered fried eggplant from one of the two of the local Italian restaurants and I got a rotten eggplant that was soaked in frying oil and covered in overcooked pasta.

A typical Philly steak is cheese and onions. Wit or wit out. Less is best. Quality ingredients. Thats the biggest problem with people making them. They put too much on them.
