Turn It Up - T.O.P - KPOP Fitness w/ Bradley - Crazy Sock TV

I think in all my time as an instructor this routine is my signature one. Its a KPOP, or Korean Hip Hop Routine. The reason why it is so "me," is because not only is it unique, but in the routine, I incorporate sumo moves from my past including "shiko" stomping, and suriashi, which is what you do in sumo practice by putting your arms in front of you, kind of shadow wrestling.

This video was filmed on Hugo and my "dynamic duo" tour in 2010. We went to San Diego, Portland, Washington and more. In Portland, in the far corner you can see GIna Grant who came to our class and rocked the routine for us!
