hey I saw this on youtube and thought I'd try it, laugh at me if u will, when I'm 93 I'll look even better than Jack Lalanne, lol

I'm posting this in mid-2009, so this video is a few months away from being two years old.  I'm wondering if you're still doing these exercises? If so, have you noticed any tangible effect? I love Jack LaLanne, but have always been a little skeptical of the power of facial exercises to slow signs of aging in the face.

honestly I haven't been doing them lately, but also I don't have any signs of aging anyway, folks always think i'm a lot younger than I am. I will try 2 remember 2 do them at least 2x a week though. I'll post a more recent video and you'll see I'm right, I don't look 39. God's blessing for me and all the women in my family :-)
