The temptations of the Virgin Mary Part 4

This is a reading from 'The City of God' by Ven. Mary of Agreda. The reading starts part way through chapter 25 of the second volume - 'The Incarnation'. Over the course of the seven parts to this video, everything is read up to the end of chapter 28, excluding the Instruction from Our Lady which comes at the end of that chapter.
The mystical work 'The City of God' was first published around the year 1670, and was widely extolled in the Catholic world as a most wonderful work. It was endorsed and praised by many religious orders, by Catholic universities, by learned men, bishops, clergymen, Roman Congregations and Popes, including Innocent XI, Alexander VIII,, Clement IX, Benedict XIII and others.
It has been recommended by these to all Catholic clergy and Laity.
