I never thought it that way, if the court is of the people then the people should have open access to the court. Since that is not the case, then the court is not of the people.

For stealing something the other party must proof ownership. If there is no proof of ownership then there cannot be stealing.

these are very good questions. i have been pondering over the same thing. i would think that stealing is the same as damage of property because that property has ceased to exist for that person entirely... it's worse than being damaged if it isn't given back. however, legally i would figure it's treated the same as damage.

i believe that anything having to do with money in this system can be overcome, including stealing from a corporation. immoral? probably. too much trouble? probably.

There is something very suspicous here, dont you find it a bit worrying the fact they he was once a freemsason, who are well known to know people in high up places like Judges, police and such. So he's stories in regards to the judges are somewhat bias, I believe he could be a tool, people are writing letters directly to the powers and having red flags put on their name, hmmm this is really suspicous and worrying.

Is damaging another person's property the same as "stealing"?

Also, if a natrual person steals from a "corporation" then are they breaking the law, or only breaking a statute? The corporation is not a person...
